WHEREAS the City’s recreational facilities have an older adult fee for usage with tennis memberships being an exception; and
WHEREAS staff included an older adult tennis fee in the Draft 2022 Schedule of Rates and Fees;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a public meeting be scheduled for June 14, 2021, to amend the 2021 Schedule of Rates and Fees to include the following fees: Tennis Membership: Older Adult with a fee of $42.15 ($37.30 fee plus $4.85 tax) per season; and Tennis Membership: Older Adult (September - October 31) with a fee of $13.10 ($11.59 fee plus $1.51 tax)

| 10.1 | Parking Restrictions in Port Dalhousie Councillor Siscoe will present the following motion:
WHEREAS residents and business owners from across St. Catharines have expressed concerns with the new parking restrictions in Port Dalhousie;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that staff be directed to work with the parking provider and consult with area business owners and other stakeholders on best practices to mitigate the parking concerns.
