That Council reconsider the following motion, which was considered by Council and lost on February 10, 2020 (Council Agenda Item 11.2, Clause 3): "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an Interim Control By-Law be applied to Agricultural lands within the municipal boundaries of the City of St. Catharines to prohibit cannabis production facilities, effective immediately."
