| 11.1 | National Ban on Handguns Councillors Kushner and Phillips will present the following motion: That the City of St. Catharines join with other municipalities that are advocating for a national ban on handguns.

| 11.2 | One Month Appointments for Deputy Mayor Mayor Sendzik will present the following motion: WHEREAS it is in accordance with Section 242 of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended, that Deputy / Acting Mayors can be appointed during the term of Council; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Councillors be appointed for one month each during the year to perform the duties of the Mayor in his absence or when asked to do so; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Solicitor prepare the necessary by-law.

| 11.3 | Term Limit for Councillor Appointments to Boards and Commissions Councillor Sorrento will present the following motion: WHEREAS all Councillors should have an opportunity to serve on boards and commissions; and WHEREAS two years on a specific board or committee should be sufficient time; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a term of 2 years be implemented for Councillor appointments; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the existing appointments be revisited for the end of 2020 (two years into the current term).
