| 11.1 | Tree Removal on Haig Street Mayor Sendzik will present the following motion: WHEREAS in the former Township of Grantham, township trees were planted along the boulevard known as Haig Street; and
WHEREAS when the City of St. Catharines amalgamated to include the Township of Grantham in 1961, the City assumed the ownership of the trees, including maintenance and removal of the boulevard trees; and
WHEREAS a tree at its end of life has been identified that has established itself in the middle of a driveway between 39 and 41 Haig Street;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that staff be directed to remove the tree in front of 39 and 41 Haig Street.
