Council will meet In-Camera for the following purposes:
• advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose - Contract Award
That this meeting of the General Committee recess and reconvene In-Camera.

General Committee recessed to the In-Camera session at 6:04 p.m. The In-Camera session adjourned and General Committee reconvened in open session at 6:28 p.m.

That General Committee does now reconvene from the In-Camera Session; and
That Council receive the verbal report from the City Solicitor regarding advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose, with respect to award of contract for Seymour-Hannah Sports and Entertainment Centre. FORTHWITH
