That Council of the City of St. Catharines declares the following to be Events of Municipal Significance with respect to obtaining liquor permits in accordance with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario requirements: 

         Soil Arts Festival to be held April 25 - 27, 2014; and

         Niagara Folk Arts Festival - May 17 to June 1, 2014; and 

That the Office of the City Clerk make the necessary notifications.
